I attended the Real Estate Training in Last January in Primary Homes... It was a week training...
I really learned a lot from them... They trained me hard and taught me all the things I need to know about Real Estate and so as its techniques...

Attend jud mo anang training sa Primary Homes kay maayo jud na sila mutudlo ninyo... Plus Cert pa jud...

Regarding the Real Estate Busines... It's nice to be in it... Dagko ang madawat nimu ana.. Especially Commission plus Encentives... It's not very hard to sell...

Selling is like facebook... Once you're connected to a person... You'll get connected with others through the person you connected...

Pero as of now... Wala ko ngfull-time agent... I'm employed in company and an agent as well para double income...

You can start selling properties sa inyu mga kaila... and if di mamalit inyu mga kaila... they can always refer you sa ilang mga kaila...

please read the contract that you've signed. I think you cannot get the reservation fee because it's non refundable.

You mean imong gi spot cash ang equity? Pila ka percent pud ang equity imong gi bayran? Or you mean nag 2 months pamo pay sa equity in installment? If less than 24 months pa ka nag installment, dili ka ma protect-an sa maceda law so you will not get anything back. Best way is just try to "hangyo". legally wala na
