    last March 2011 real estate broker's exam NREA got 88% passing rate.

    It's not an advice that you need...Ask yourself how long will you last? or is this really for you? If you only see the Big picture being a Real-Estate agent, not the worst one, then this job is not for you, not to discourage you but I 've met and known many people like you...they started big, but ended up saying "Yeah, I was once a Salesman, It was a tough racket..."

    Every week halos 50-80 people ako ma kit-an musulod pagka agent...but after few months you'll never hear from them.
