need help guys.. im having issues with my pldt connection.. it started mga mid-august.. intermittent ang connection.. connected pa ghapon siya but mu kalit lang ug stop ang transfer sa packets then mu balik nasd plus ang modem(Ethernet light) mag cge ug blink nya loading ra ang webpage..
nag libog ko kung modem or connection problem.. <-- to answer this question..this is not a modem problem this is with pldt. if you will be calling back -pldt TSR ask them that i dont want to do troubleshooting again and you just want to resolve the issue...ask for the SLA. once they have provided the SLA call back pldt and go for billing for rebate as how many months that you have this kind of issue.
if you are not satisfied with the answers with that agent call back and ask for a team lead or manager... if they can not offer manager just ask them again i dont want to talk to you anymore..this is not against you this is against with pldt... as a consumer/client i'm not getting the right service that i have been paying for...so please ask you manager to talk to me so that i can ask her what going on with pldt...

just wait and the agent will ask for your callback number but dont beliv just ask the agent that you'll wait on the line for the manager. if the agent hangs up..call back ang escalate the agent for releasing the call and escalate the agent to a manger. first on the call just ask for a manager right away. and dont tell the agent whats wrong...just directly ask for manager.

lastly, ang ako ip address which is "dynamic" daw matod pa sa CSR sa pldt kay wala jud nag ilis.. karun rapud ko na aware na wala d.i nag change.. diba mag change mana ang dynamic ip address? 112.207.***.** ako ip.. mao bani kasagaran start sa ip address karun? <- to answer this...when we say dynamic this is changeable...static ip is expensive: pathetic agent dont beliv sa agent...beliv what you learned..heheh
ni suway ko ug tawag sa CSR(which murag wala toy alam) ni ask ko kung pwede ma verify ang ip address or something.. dli daw pwede kay dynamic daw.. but katong first tawag nako.. ni ask ang CSR sa ako ip then ingon siya na ok daw ang ip address.. kapoy jud ka storya ang CSR nila..
