When angola answered her question, i knew right then that she will win. Anyway congratulations to Shamcey for giving it her best and for a job well done.
i slightly disagree with that, if you watch during her interview she highlighted that she was happy and proud being latina not mentioning any black thing w/c in my previous post i mention theirs a little bias for latino hehe, angola, brazil, portugal etc...almost all latina contingent got to the top 10, but anyway who knows kadaug nata next time hopefully on neutral ground cheers! ^_^

Oprah Winfrey say's via NBC News
"I have reservations with the results. If the only basis is the Q and A portion, after having been trimmed down to 5, Ms. Philippines deserved to win. What made her different from the rest is that she had no seconds to rethink of her answer as she had no interpreter to break the ice. The rest had their interpreters and having breaks on seconds to think about their answers. Hands down, Ms. Philippines answered straight to the point."
watch ta sa reply unya gabie basin ma usab ang decision sa judges bwahahahahahahahahaah
