The only reason I got my license is because brokers are demanding to get so much even before they even make a sale. Some brokers are even saying that as owner I should not be entitled to a commission (as exclusive broker) on my properties. How selfish naman. As a practitioner, you will meet a lot of brokers who are Swapang. Mag submarino para maka commission.

seriously, real estate is the way to go. why? after people (high net worth) have the money, they are not stupid enough to let the bank use their money. why hold paper? they acquire real property. Notice how all the taipans now have real estate companies?

if that doesn't convince you, try this. burn a PHP1,000 bill. what do you get? ashes. burn 1 square meter of land, what do you get? still 1 square meter of land.
