How to prevent car paint bubbles and what caused it

Guys,

I noticed paint bubbles on the car spoiler. Spoilers are made of fiber glass right? So nag wonder ko nga nag bubbles.

Sa body part, I know that usually rust ang reason.

What's the best way to prevent having paint bubbles on plastics or fiber glass? Pwede pa ba ma remove without painting all over again?

Is it a DIY project? Were you painting under a lot of moisture area? There's a lot of factors that would cause it really. I know a friend who explains me all about this, I almost fell asleep. Moisture during painting either from your compressor or basa jud mismo ang puthaw pag tira sa primer.

I was not the one who painted it. Second hand car ni sya. When I bought it, wala man pud hinoon bubbles sa spoiler. Sometimes ma bulad sa init then ma ulanan ang car. I also apply car wax on the spoiler, wala man cguro problem with it no? The rest of the car body kay wala man bubbles including the bumpers, which I think is made of fiber glass. So nag wonder ko unsay cause.
