Mga ka istoryan... i just like to post on How to Prevent and Prepare for Swine Flu even though we know that for this time we are not yet affected but its not a given because there is really a big possibility that Philippines would be hit by Swine Flu. so i think its better for us all to be prepared and have knowledge how to counter this Swine Flu for our safety.

For Example:

isa sa inyo family member or inyo paryente ni.uli gkan sa gawas kai hadlok xa mataptan ug swine flu not knowing na pag.abot niya sa inyo kai ara pa nigawas ang symptoms... nya wat would you do??

dako jud na xa na possibility......

Keep ur immune system high... nya avoid crowded places kay this is a virus, caused from human to human contact! so better drink ur vitamins guys!

hand washing before n after eating, after using cr
proper hygiene
vitamins

keep yourself clean at all times, and try to avoid isolated places, avoid people who are sickly, then eat healthy foods and take vitamins to boost your immune system...
