    Hi Malic,

    We do have a weekly meditation here in Fo Guang Shan Chu Un Temple here in Cebu. We start with 5 minute walking meditation then 15 minutes sitting meditation then 5 minute tea meditation. After which we discuss the Dharma as a study group.

    And yes, the group is compose mostly of Filipinos. Ako ra ang pure Chinese.

    And yes, we discuss the human potentials and how the Dharma can help us in our daily life.

    So take this as an invitation for everyone who are based in Cebu and is interested in meditation and understanding more about the teachings of Buddhism. You can PM me your info so we can inform you of our next session.

    @Malic walay problema diha sa Chu Un Temple kay maski ang mga Chinese bisdak man pod.

    Sol_Itaire, when man ka balik Cebu? Sige, apil nya sa meditation/study diri.

    Btw, kamao naka mu lead og chanting? Para mag buhat sad ta og sunday chanting diri and ikaw lang ang mu lead.
