maayo jud nga practice to always ask for a official receipt in any transaction because that will help encourage transparency and collection of taxes due to our government. What i usually do is that every year iniipon ko lahat ng "manual" OR's and submit them sa BIR for filing tax exemptions sa negosyo namin.

If I'm not mistaken, all Shell stations have an ongoing promo - Php 30 rebate for every Php 1000 worth of accumulated receipts (from the same station).

@TS i doubt gasoline boys can get anything from your receipts. And they have cashiers that records everything. tanan bayad ihatag na sa cashiers.

@klayton you are right. However, some people don't care to ask any receipts anymore coz our government will just use the taxpayers' money for their personal use.
