    fighter planes? we don't have any in MBEAB ever since the glory days of PAF ended.

    those horses may just be for the purpose of having some "eye candy" so the PNP would look more macho or something.

    if you compare horses to a generic PNP patrol bike, which is larger?

    another thing to consider is the maintenance of the said horses. does the PNP have stables for the horses? sure they don't that woul mean another hand in their purse.

    they should seriously work on getting new recruits good handguns instead of buying horses.
    you should show up at the Senate budget hearing sir. maybe you know better than the PNP Cordillera and our brilliant senators had overlooked your point.
