Pope Damasus I assembled the first list of books of the Bible at the Council of Rome in AD 382. He commissioned Saint Jerome to produce a reliable and consistent text by translating the original Greek and Hebrew texts into Latin. This translation became known as the Latin Vulgate Bible and in 1546 at the Council of Trent was declared by the Church to be the only authentic and official Bible in the Latin Rite.

Kanang bible sa mga protestante, gikan na sa Latin Vulgate.

Take note nga dili lang 27 ang mga books (religious texts) nga naghisgut bahin sa life ni Jesus adtong panahona. Duna'y gitawag og Gospel of Magdalene, Epistle of Barnabas, Acts of Peter, etc...

Karon ang pangutana, kun wala mo nisalig sa infallibility sa catholic church, giunsa man ninyo pagkasiguro nga sakto tanan ang libro (27 books) sa new testament?

Giunsa man ninyo pagkasiguro nga sakto ang desisyon sa catholic church nga i-include sa new testament ang Gospel of John, Revelation, etc...unya i-reject ang Gospel of Magdalene, Acts of Peter, etc...?
does translation means composition? pangutana para maghuman, Kinsa man juy author or original nagsuwat sa mga Libro sa Bibliya like Letter of Paul, ang Pope or si saint Paul?

^^ I guess you missed the whole point of the question, bay. Let's give an specific example.

The catholic church saw two religious texts, for example, Gospel of Magdalene and Gospel of Matthew. The church decided to include the Gospel of Matthew and reject the Gospel of Magdalene.

Unsa man diay ang pulos sa pagka-pillar and foundation of truth sa church (1 Tim. 3:15) ?

    Matthew 18:17
If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

Sa ako ng giingon, bay, independent sa usa'g-usa ang doctrines/dogmas about faith UG ang laws/regulations para sa organization (i.e., the catholic church).

Mora ra ka ana'g nangutana nga asa ma'y labaw ang Philippine Constitution o ang Bible.

Nganong imo man gyud pugson pag-compare asa'y labaw sa ilang duha?
