    kuan pud d.i bro, nahan pa ko mo naog og timbang pero maglisod nako naog kay lagi ang kaon. pero kanang kaon lang gud na sakto. unsay buhaton nako bro para mo naog? 70kg ko run T_T din nahan ko ma 65kg. lisod kaayo gud. patabang ta ko sa advises. hahaha
