It will come down to your judgement for Calorie count and your lifestyle activities.
If you are a couch potato, you will probably need lesser Calories.
If you think a cup of rice is just a 100 Calories you might have trouble as well
On another note, if you are going to the gym, you probably need a bit more like 2500.
You'll start losing weight since you'll have calories burned as well.
2000 Calorie Diet - Calories burned = lose weight.
for me, yes. with proper exercise. I loose 4lbs in a week..
eat fruits and vegetables a LOT rather than eating meat =)

depends on how many calories you burn in a day.. it matters if kung unsa imong gender, age, basal metabolism, level of activity..
Yeah it's effective.. for sedentary people.
it is. comes with proper exercise.
eat lots of veggies and fruits.
drink plenty of water.
enough sleep.
