yes. english sa interview since its an american company. about indesign, i was told by the recruitment lady that we wont be handling advanced indesignh features kay readily made na ang mga documents. ill be taking the exam tomorrow at 9am and she gave me tip that it has nothing to do with indesign, more on word docs formatting and reading comprehension, you will just be assess if kahaibalo ka follow simple instructions.
I heard that there are a lot of labor related cases against xlib. Could you shed some light regarding the matter?

just left xlibris today, after 3 years with sales.
if you're with cs-- you get paid 22k. this is nightshift.
if you're with production-- you get paid 15k+ i think. this is dayshift.
if you're with sales, they really pay well. now i'm here to give you a good idea as to how doable it is and not to expect too much from it.
in sales, you could be in publishing and marketing.
with publishing, 30k+ is doable maybe in your 3rd month on the floor, that's if you're good. in a month, around 30 out of 100 publishing consultants earn more than that amount.
not to boast, but, again, just to give you an idea about your earning potential, i have been with publishing, and for the past three years, i earn 80k/month. i belong to the top 10 consultants though.
so for the ones who belong to the top 11-50, they earn around 30k+ a month.
with marketing, 100k+ is currently doable by around 20+ marketing consultants.
people earning 500k+ in a month is no surprise as well, but this probably is done by 2-3 marketing consultants in a month.
you don't get to choose between the two though. the approach of selling is different between both departments as well.
so, if you're looking for money and want to risk stability, go for sales.
if you want stability at night shifts and a basic pay of 22k a month, go for CS.
if you want a dayshift job, go for production.
