have you tried bringing it for cleaning? could be just nag build up ra dust sa heatsink di na ka ginhawa mayu. you could also try forcing the fan at higher rpm speeds with Rivatuner if that's possible.

You may want to disable all unused com ports. Small difference but its still savings.
Undervolt your video card but not necessarily underclock it. I've seen others undervolt their idle vga voltage by 100mv, low 3D by 50mv and full load clocks by 50mv without any drawbacks. Just edit your bios using RBE. Just be careful though.
