you need money and technician.. it doesnt to be that big i guess for starter.. start small... mu abut raka sa taas in the long run. sugdi na hinay2x. make sure imu pangan nindut jud. kai if okay ka mu ayu wala kai magic2x sa mu ayu ug sad ka over charge for sure daghan mu avail sa mu service...

Start small, pwede ka mo add kanang mga accessories lang una like keyboard, mouse, optical drive, case, hard drive, speakers, ram, etc..
Also try to upgrade your skills not only focusing in desktops but also on laptops repair.
If moving to the next level na ka, mga lain nga parts like motherboard, videocard, lcd monitor, mid-high end stuffs order basis lang usa kay, dali lang man gyud ang depreciation karon sa mga parts if mo stock dayon ka daghan.
Unya dapat fair and quality service gyud take care of your customer well.

good personal relationship with contacts especially those people who supplies you spare parts for your business

lets say guba ang lcd sa laptop, mag replace ka but wa ka anah, so contacon mo si supplier para palit ka iya spare part na lcd panel.

Make sure you have a good warranty for your repairs...And don't be too greedy with the money...Offer home service as well. Home Service technician ko before and I did not charge as much as other technicians, pero ni boom ako endeavor; daghan na gapa repair and most of them sprouted from recommendations. Since official business mana imoha, dapat naa naka lists of suppliers, kumpleto sad dapat imo tools and equipment, then make sure you have the requirements for an official business (City Hall Requirements). Dapat naa sad ka standard rates for your repairs and dapat sad excellent imo customer service. Mao jud na siya makapa boom ani nga negosyo.

mas maayo sad bro para start ka ug small...konting kayod lang jud pag start nimo kay daghan ka customers but if you provide service which is more than they expect for a cheaper price magka daghan ra imo customer...and be honest with your customers sad and when you set an appointment make sure on time ka sige and there should be no excuses for being late. Bahalag ginagmay pero in the end if mudaghan then sulit lang gihapon...
