for real estate, i think i need to invest my time for that which i cant do.

who says you will invest your time in real estate? in forex or stocks hinuon.
All you need is to buy a property and rent it out, sit back and relax

Pila ang range sa funds nga pwede nimo duwaan TS? Kanang dili maka-affect sa imo present operation ha? Sometimes going for "passive income" would mean being ready to lose it all. It is highly probable that you will let other people control your resources so that you can remain passive.
