A modified game of Pinoy Henyo has always worked for us.

The one who guesses or "henyo" (in this case, your sister or her husband) sits on a chair and faces the crowd. Another guy stands behind that henyo while holding whiteboard and marker (illustration board and chalk will always suffice) with the chosen word written on it (tell her the category before the guessing starts, Baby Items perhaps). Have her guess the word, and allow volunteers from the crowd (as many as you want) to say "Yes", "No", or "Maybe". You may also choose to let the ENTIRE crowd participate nalang.

pin the dummy/pacifier game:


Pin your baby picture on the wall - where players can easily reach it!
Blindfold the first player
Give the guest a cardboard Pacifier with a piece of BlueTac, push pin or thumbtack attached to it
Spin the guest around until disoriented
The guest then has to Pin the Pacifier on the Baby!
The guest who pins the Pacifier closest to the correct position on the baby is the winner!

Blindfold

Large picture of a baby

Pacifier shape cut from a piece of card

Blue Tac, push pin or thumbtack

Paper

Pen or Pencils


how to play dirt nappy game

1. Purchase diapers at your local store. To save money, make your own out of squares of felt or white cloth.

Use the marker to number all the diapers for as many different kinds of candy that you have. Remember to keep track for yourself so you don't get confused on a separate piece of paper! Some fun candy suggestions are: Mars, Reeses Cups, Snickers, Three Musketeers and so on.

Melt the chocolate
Unwrap the candy bars and place one each inside a diaper and microwave until it's halfway melted (it doesn't take long, so monitor your time closely). It's a good idea to 'smush' the candy in the diaper just a little to take away any distinct shape (like round for the Reeses; use two pieces if you need to) and to add a little realism to the game.

Pass out a piece of paper and a pen or pencil to everyone and then start passing the 'dirty' diapers around. Each participant opens it and smells the melted candy to see if they can guess what kind it is. They write their guesses in correlation with the number on the diaper.

The participant with the most correct answers, wins!

Fun alternatives: instead of smelling, have the participants dip their finger into the mess and taste! Hilarity will ensue.
