I asked the Manager nga ni-visit sa among training bah, what will we be getting nig regularize kay wala man sa JO.. iyang tubag? "A pat on the back."... I'm considering looking for another employer na nuon kay before ko ni-apply naa man niingon nako nga employed na nga naa sila 2.5k nga attendance bonus then kami wala lage...

Before I left my previous employer kay ako jud gikwenta if worth it ba nga mohawa ko, then I was considering mas dako diri kay naa attendance bonus pero ang ending kay wala diay.. paets... pambuntag mi next week so basina week after that makalugar ko pangita lain company...haisst.. ganahan man unta ko diri pero gamay ra kaayo ko makuha oi.

pangit mn ang mgt gud sa xlib.politica kaayu ba. no offense to xlib ha.im just telling wat i have observed and wat other agent told me.sa Tp gud happy ang place, nice ang mga tao and very friendly ang mga staff.ni sign naq sa contract naq sa TP gnena lng.ok rmn ko sa offer specially sa sales incentive nila..hehe and very commendable ang office facilities

if you think you're better off somewhere else, then leave TP. The company doesn't need you as well. Lain2x man for every company, the pay that's being offered in TP may not be as big as how much you were getting with your previous employers, it may not be as good as the offers you're getting from other companies, but the company is offering something far better other than a huge paycheck every payout. You'd have to look at the bigger picture, then again, the others would not see that kay ang ila ra nakita kay lagi gamay ang pay and all that and it's not worth giving up their present jobs. If that's how you think, then by all means leave TP or stay with your present company.

One reason why TP shouldn't hire you, ATTITUDE.. wala nagkinahanglan ang company ana..

@greywolf i think ur right..hahai krn na nuon nag doubt njud q pag ayu bah..huhu ang training naq sa TP will be this monday na bya unta.pro nka realize jud ko thanx to my friends, i think ill stick wth xlibris. almost lost the opportunity. naa pay sales incentives nya basic kpa og 19k plus 3 k allowance sa xlib. i think im so good with that. thanx sa opinions guys.

basic pa lang nmo sa xlib daug naka. samot na makasale ka.bsag kinsa cguro imung pangutan.on will tell u the same thing. stick with xlib. ul thank me for that. promise.
