pangit mn ang mgt gud sa xlib.politica kaayu ba. no offense to xlib ha.im just telling wat i have observed and wat other agent told me.sa Tp gud happy ang place, nice ang mga tao and very friendly ang mga staff.ni sign naq sa contract naq sa TP gnena lng.ok rmn ko sa offer specially sa sales incentive nila..hehe and very commendable ang office facilities

bag.o pa man ang TP. give it some time and you will see. lol. ako nimo stay with xlib. di jud worth it ang 16k nga stressed out kay sa 22k nga dili kaayo stressful. just dont get affected by politics mao ra jud na. bsag asa naay politics.

Lahi lagi akong na dungan sa uban.. 16,000 (taxable) no allowance till mag 6 months ka ( appraisal based, may reach 9 months ) then 10% ND.

Ganahan ta ko mo apply diri but no ND unless 1yr nakas uban is quite harsh may nalang pang snacks

grabe sad anang no allowance for 6 months oi. grabe naman sad. bsag meal or transpo wa jud? nya appraisal based pa jud? grabe jud diay ka stricto? lol. tinuod jud akong nadunggan sa akong mga friends who worked for TP manila before. SUPER strict but not well compensated ang pagkastricto. oh well...

harsh? yes and against the law i believe. ND is mandatory for with or without experience. di na rason ang 1 year experience. u can report that to DOLE.

@greywolf i think ur right..hahai krn na nuon nag doubt njud q pag ayu bah..huhu ang training naq sa TP will be this monday na bya unta.pro nka realize jud ko thanx to my friends, i think ill stick wth xlibris. almost lost the opportunity. naa pay sales incentives nya basic kpa og 19k plus 3 k allowance sa xlib. i think im so good with that. thanx sa opinions guys.

they showed us pictures of the inside of the building and all i can say is "nindot ilang working environment"

naa sleeping lounge, billiard table, mini sala ang flat screen TV for break time ang leisure but what attracted me most is they said they will have a gym in the building
