SA una, katong bag o pani ang callcenter mga 2002-2004 then na bag ohan pa ang mga call center agents ato, medyo lainan ko ato kay mismo ako mga ka barkada pag college nga bugoy2x, pag trabaho sa Sykes, Etel ug Convergys kay murag d na nako ma reach ang ilang outfit, attire and gadgets.

Tamas tamasan lang ang akong sweldo nga 8k-12k per month ato nga time. Hahahaha. Naapa toy amiga nako nga sosyal2x (although dili cia agent, working as a finance analyst in a big company) ge ingnan ko "Ha, licensed engineer ka then ing ana ra imong sweldo? Mas dako paman ug sweldo ang mga taga call center nimo"

Times have changed alot... Karon kay dili naman tanan agents ing ana.

@Scott Bernard and hash: Thanks sa like sa ako post. Bitaw ui, hunungan na gud ne nato crab mentality, utak talangka, og uban pa diha. Angay ta malipay na tungod ane mga call centers kato mga fresh graduates naay opportunity to have a decent job that pays more bisan dili linya sa ilaha kurso na human. It provides food for families, mao ne source of income makapaskwela sa ilaha mga anak, ug mabuhi pud uban tawo who got jobs and earn money because of people working in call centers.

Sagda-e lang sila mg-english2x gud kay kadugayan kapoyan ra na sila although lain paminawon la ta mahimo they need to master it or else they might lose their jobs esp. kung trainees pa sila. Kung sosyalan au sila, aw ilaha man kwarta ilaha gi-waldas dili man ato-a la man sad sila ngpangayo og kwarta para ilaha gamiton palit bugas. Who are we to judge them?

^^ True2x.. like my previous posts in this thread, I'm grateful and happy sa mga BPO kay naka tabang ni sa atong mga brothers and sister. Dili raba lalim kung daghang mga unemployed.

Even if some of them kay dili nato ka synchronized ang ilang lifestyle, we have to respect them.
