Para sure gyud dli maka connect, clear the APN setting of your phone.
There's no way for your phone to connect to your carrier's network if it doesn't have the APN settings.
Also, naa kay FB app dira sa imu phone? Or, any other app nga connected sa net (e.g. email). Your phone will continually connect sa net para maka kuhag updates/notifications. If off na imu wifi, it will try to use your networks data connection. Naa ra pud na sa settings ang page change ana nga behavior. In the end, naa ra gyud na sa user. Dli gyud unta na mu connect og iyaha ang phone sa net if not initiated (implicitly or explicitly) by the user.
Better clear all apn settings and off mobile internet... Samot nas mga post paid.. Kai kalit rana sila mag charge

it always happen to any network. best is to learn how to switch your phone's data services on/off.

kafaet gud diay aning smart. Good thing I'm with globe, so far wala pa koy issues.
Best thing to do is turn off 3G or set to connect manually
Then with the charges file a complaint and have the amount refunded /
or credited to your account para mo cover up sa future bills.
