Where is it written that istorya.net is intended for cebuanos ONLY?

to start:
1) Istorya.net is from Cebu
2) Majority of the members are Bisaya or alteast can speak and understand bisaya
3) Im a bisaya
4) You also (not sure)

you cant just join a forum and demand that everybody should do this and do that.... istorya.net has been bisaya since from the very start!!, common sense lang!!

@TS use istorya as a traning ground to learn bisaya, you have a visayan root so better learn your roots!
