Getting jobs (regarding AGE)

guys just want to ask kung unsa juy epekto sa imong EDAD on applying on your 1st job. Lets see for example, you have finished your studies at the age of 28, daghan pa ba ug oppurturnities open for you?.,what if kung ang situation nimo kay you were late to finish your studies bec. of financial problems and walay ika support imong family to send you on college?.,

just want to ask kay i have a friend nga he is turning 25 now but highschool graduate pa cya. He was not able to continue he's studies kay tungod lagi walay ika support iyang family. He came from a province nya pa extra2x lang cyah for income. He really like to proceed to college but he has doubt bec. he thinks that even if he finish he's studies 4-5 years (considering he is now 30 yrs. old) daghan pa ba cyah masudlan nga job w/ nice pay. Most of the companies have age requirements, d bah?.,I also wants to know your oppinions kay even me, kuyawan ko madugay ug graduate (tungod lagi sa akong bugoy2x) and now murag i have to stop college and look for job to earn to continue studying.

PS. grabeh jud akong pagmahay nganung gabinuang ko when my parents can still support me. Now i realize my mistakes.

unless you're applying for a call center job, age really does not matter....like the US
pero non-call center gani, f**king discriminative kaayo...UNlike the US nga even ang Senior Citizens, maka-trabaho....

Salamat mga guys, actually call center jud ang 1st option nako, but sad to say k2ng barkada nako kay dili cyah confident mag call center kay d kau cyah fluent sa English, and i also want to add this question, many are saying that working as a CC agent is not a stable job?.,if yes, then why?.,curious lang ko sa answer, actually im "all in" watever job is available as long as its legal and nice ang pay.

PS : 2nd year college nako and akong barkada kay highschool grad rah.

Naa man pod training course for call center, para atleast ma boost-up ang iyang confidence if interested gyud. Try to apply na lang sa mga well known bpo center. Ang kontra lang gyud diri kay mostly night shift, kihanglan pod disiplina sa body para dili ka prone to sickness. Try to know some tips/ do's para mo stay healthy sa kanang industry.

thanx for the advise idol, but among prob man gud is our age getting older and just like what is stated on the above post, some companies are very discriminative regarding age.


So most advices i received is to try to work on a CC, ill try that, but if i already earned enough to finish my studies, daghan pa ba ug oppurtunities open to work on my field despite my age being old (Ex. 28yrs old) or sa call center ra gihapon akong padulngan?.,

up to 30 pwede pa man, although naa gyud mo prefer ages between 21-26 or 21-30
30+ and up murag dili na ok labi na diri sa pinas. except lang if naa kay previous exp. na mo contribute sa imong gi-apply nga job, swerte2x pod. but sa mga bpo industry dili man sila mo discriminate sa ages.
