If God is that powerful and all, why recycle souls? If every living organism has one, like what you said, even from other planets, why would He use it to remake something?

souls are recycled because it is an energy being.
energy can never be destroyed or created.

no one erase memories.
memories stays in the brain not in the soul. but decisions reconfigures one soul (you may call it soul memory) the soul's memories can only be read by God himself.
we can not read our own soul's memory.

can a casette tape read its own magnetic tape or sound?
a cassette tape needs a player.

just like us, our souls need God to read our soul's memory.
