    massage is good..very relaxing, exercise sd..try pilates or yoga..pro mas better to consult sa doctor before trying anything. basin mu samot nuon ang back pain kng pataka og exercise..hehe

    check nalang sa imo physiatrist. if not do the williams back exercise. search nalang sa google

    kung lower back pains, i perform squats with light weight and with proper form para ma-stretch ang back nako... i find that it provides relief...

    Well I do massage as a reliever but lately I cannot go to gyn anymore so what I did is I brought a curl weights about 20 lbs so that I can exercise at home.. lifting lang very easy I do it before I go to bed like 10-15 mins or maybe in the morning depende if walay hang over hehe
