check nalang sa imo physiatrist. if not do the williams back exercise. search nalang sa google
kung lower back pains, i perform squats with light weight and with proper form para ma-stretch ang back nako... i find that it provides relief...
Well I do massage as a reliever but lately I cannot go to gyn anymore so what I did is I brought a curl weights about 20 lbs so that I can exercise at home.. lifting lang very easy I do it before I go to bed like 10-15 mins or maybe in the morning depende if walay hang over hehe
