di gyud kalikayan na needed mo learn sa ila language didto if truly matinood ni na opportunity. just like my experience when we were hired by private sector in Netherlands. They sent a teacher to learn Dutch both spoken and written. this is part of your social interaction man gud didto ug di lang between co-workers, patients or doctors but ikaw ug ang ila culture mismo.

advantage is u r learning a new language but i was frustrated if i cant fully express myself and i always fall back to speaking english since this is second to our nature. eventually i left Holland and went to another country. Though europe is the best place to explore!

lol dili gani maka porma ang govt. para i promote or put up local jobs for nurses and other professionals diri, i push pa nila up to 4yrs exp. needed para makagawas? engot gyud govenment instead mag-plan sila to create more local jobs here, mag promote pa for export. Payter gyud ang government!
Maypa mag concentrate na lang sila for quality education for all more on Business & Entrepreneurship rather than sa traditional way.
