    TS:
ako ha if I was that alleged person
I can prove you smeared my name with your allegations, since you can't prove of your claims, then I'm innocent and being assumed guilty by you
    So pwede ka makiha nako.

Other wise if you could prove such transaction took place...like if those sellers or vendors are authorized or legal with reciepts or any proof of purchase or transaction, then you can have a strong case against the alleged.

kana pud if those alleged VICTIMS are licensed vendors or sellers then dili sila mahadlok presenting this case to the authorities (or are they?)

I'm just merely giving out my opinion ha based on my best understanding, what I have read as stated in this case or topic.
    Basin ako na hinu-on kontrahan.

I know what the accused did and the authenticity and sincerity of such claim pero
in these method mas makiha pa mu of defamation sa alleged or accused

mao na giingon if you're doing business outside the authorities radar or you have no official permit to sell or do business (im not pointing my finger though) then its considered illegal and dili nimo basihan unsa imo baligya---icewater ba na siya or shabu

bottomline: to those doing business w/o permit from the authorities are less likely to have their "businesses" protected by the law of authority and you well fall under the mercy of the laws of the jungle---survival or more likely a mobster market

As per advertising your items here on istorya.net , it's not illegal to sell your items as long the item is not classified as "illegal in the Philippine and international law" . But that's beside the point . AFAIK , you don't need any permits to sell any items that aren't classified as illegal in the Philippine and international law . You are implying that selling items here is illegal and the Buy and Sell section is running a "mobster market" .

Let's say I'm selling one of the first print of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE and I'd list it for $15,000 . Unless it's under the Philippine law , I don't need for a permit from the authorities to sell this item . Then I found a buyer , and said he'll pay $10,000 upfront and will pay the remaining $5,000 next month . But in my case , I will make a written agreement that proves that he owes me $5,000 and has to pay me next month and he signed it . The next month came , he never showed up . Same thing happened 2 months later . I'm calling him about the matter , he's not answering his phone . Then I'm hiring a lawyer or a collection agency to threat him with a lawsuit and hopefully to pay this time . After 30 days after he got a visit from my lawyer or collection agent , I'm suing him in the small claims court . Does that mean I'm not protected by the (Philippine) law because I never had a permit from the authorities for selling the book in the first place - even I have a written proof about my case ??

That would be great if you can provide any law that will prove your case .
