There should be due process...even posting the alleged's picture of image....ikaw pa pwede makiha
if you know what's proper or the right thing to do then why not bring this up to the authorities and file a formal case then it should be LEGAL for you to make your announcements.

If you really think your claims or allegations are valid and true then there shouldn't be a problem proving it to the proper authorities

Otherwise mahug ra na ug butang2x ra imoha if you can't prove it beyond reasonable doubt
