    if dako naka, pag exercise till it fails bro., reps till you fail.. hahah take it to the extreme, pero kani angay ni sa mga dugay na kaayo hahaha

    salamat sa advice bro..bitaw di man ko seryoso sa gym kaau sauna mao cge lang ko kasuya sa mga ka batch nako..mas porma pa sila ug lawas kaysa akoa..ako nipis guihapon..maka sapot..pero I will take your advice bro..

    ako sige picturan ako self after a month para naay mga past and present nyahaha..

    picturi sab imo self taga end sa month bro, aron kita ka asa wa nimo na develop kaayo sa lawas.. then seek advice sa expert kanang mga Physical Therapist bro... if naa ka amiga.. usually sila maayo ana.. hehe..

    kaon fruits daghan bro then seek inspiration hehehe... make it a habit pag adto sa gym., make it like you can't live without it.. ako gani gi force ako kaugalingon.. then tabangan pud ko uban encourage. hehe.
