hehe yes sir. we can offer this service to those who need it. mu charge lang mi sa mailing cost which is 200php (100 to manila, another 100 to cebu via lbc). with that makuha na ang papers in 2 weeks or less basta lang walay problema sa pag process

naa ko question: kinsa naka try dire ug process "supplemental transfer statement" or "PCCI Form R-3"? naa man gud sa R-3 na "THIS FORM MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PCCI FORM R-2", i wonder unsa ang "PCCI Form R-2". is "PCCI Form R-2" the litter registration form? the pedigree certificate/ticket?

Hi! Nakasuway na ko ug gamit sa supplemental transfer statement or R-3 form. In my case, I found the papers of my golden retriever but naa nay nakapirma sa R-2 portion at the back of the certificate and the the certificate was still in the name of the first owner. I wanted the ownership transferred directly to me with passing the person whose name appears in the R-2 portion of the certificate. What you need to send with this is the registration certificate of the dog with the R-2 section at the back signed by the person who bought the dog from the original owner. Hope that makes sense. Galibog sad ko at first so I called Jojo Rosales at PCCI and asked him how it should be done. I just followed his instructions and everything went smoothly.
