    Ive tried metrosports and they're fine but I would rather spend my extra buck on food and supplements and besides am used to using free weights but i surely like to use machines.

    Yep, bag-o rako nag 1 year sa running last July 9. Free ra man sa ko sir hehe. IMO, the place doesn't really matter as long as all the necessary equipments are there, you're good to go.

    Ohh, Basin di mi mag abot niya. Emily ra man toh ako nahibaw-an sir. Panahon pa na nilang Julius, Eric ug Raden na mga instructors?

    i need advice...

    im a lefty so kuwang og kosog ni ako right hand. ining lift nako kiwaw kaayo tan-awon kay muhiwi ang akong right side kay kuwang og kosog.

    bago pa ko nag lift so bugat na kaayo nako ng 10lbs but kaya kaayo nako 3 ka set basta left ako gamiton but inig abopt na sa right osa ra ka set ang makaya sa 10lbs nga db. but sa bench press kaya kaayo nako ang 10lbs and mahoman jud nako ang 3 ka set.

    so unsaon man ni nako mga sir? kong 5lbs ra pod gaan ra kaayo sa ako left?

    Sa imong case, kai tagsa man ug weights each arms, bug-at ra siguro nimo ang 10lbs mao imbalance kai mas dominant man imo left arm. Mao ma kaya ra nimo sa bench press kai ang duha man ka arm nimo ang nag tabang sa usa ka bar. If gusto ka mag free weights/dumbbells, light lang sa imong alsahon, once maka build nakag muscle, imo increasan. Ang jud na sir, bahalag gaan ang pikas basta parehas lang silag weight alsahon.

    I see, so bahala nag gaan para sa left basta balance ang growth sa both arms and muscles. ok sir tnx kaayo.

    in my case before, my right arm is weaker than my left arm so i basically do more reps or sets when i train them separately. and now my right arm is catching up with my left arm.

    so unsaon man ni nako mga sir? kong 5lbs ra pod gaan ra kaayo sa ako left?
    work on your weak part by doing isolation or maybe you can do more reps with same weight on the weak arm. so if you usually do 8-10 reps each arm, and your left is weaker than your right arm, let your left arm do 10-12 reps while the right arm do 8-10 reps but use same weight for both.
