    Nag sugod kog lift ug weights kato 4th year High School pako (2006) pero home gym ra.     Nag sugod na dayon kog research ug consult sa mga Instructors. Akong 1st na supplement pag 2008 kai Nitrotech Hardcore. Makita dayon ang resultes after 2 weeks. Na ganahan na dayon ko kai ni purma na man. Nag hunong2x lang kog gym kai na daot sa barkada, di mo sud ug clase kai cge lang ug inom, dota ug uyab hahaha. Akong pinaka taas na hunong ug workout kai 3 months, na wa na jud ang purma, napa nuon ang size pero sagol na fats. To make the long story short, after ato, seryoso na jud ko. Roug estimate lang, almost 4 years na ang total nga nag gym ko pero di jud straight, mo stop kog 1 month, usahay 2 months nya ang pinaka dugai kai 3 months.

    Program:

    Monday
    - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Shoulder
    Thursday - Arms (Bicep and Tricep)

    12, 10, 8 tanan reps
    If magpa gain ko 12, 10, 8, 6

    Challenging man jud ang nutritional part than training para nako.
    Specially if you're a student, self supporting or independent type..
    I had my share of ups and downs [currently experiencing it actually but I will press on towards my goal - healthy ripped physique!
    Lately I make sure I consume healthy solid food and use supplement after workout.
    Anyhow, keep it up the great work buddy.

    Nice to know that I'm not alone in this regimen.
    That pic was 4 months ago when I tried cutting phase.
    Nag pa bulk up ko gamay karon so medyo ni fade ang abs gamay but its okay.
    Im working hard for my pecs, shoulders as well as my arms.
    Mahal ba sa Club Ultima?

    So ur into running nowadays huh?! hmmm.. i see.
    ni undang kog dagan since padako ko gamay.. hehe
    monthly rate is not that bad but i honestly cant afford that. hehe
    guess what's my monthly gym rate is....? 300 per month! so darn cheap - hardcore gym man ni sya. hehehe! but the owner is really nice and helpful coz he's a pro bodybuilder.
    Ive tried metrosports and they're fine but I would rather spend my extra buck on food and supplements and besides am used to using free weights but i surely like to use machines.
