I didn't used these filters for years now since am using a converted cam for IR. but am sure if ever it's just a small difference between the 2. Cokin might have the advantage due to the materials on the filter used other than that would be the same.

btw, I received some txt's asking what is the diameter size for Cokin P007. Cokin P Series filters can support larger diameter lenses up to 82mm using the P Filter-Holder, this is not a screw type filter.
