Another pc that serves as a firewall, settings used to block that site from the proxy server, or through the Internet provider.. Either way the only way to unblock it is to be a Network/System Administrator and have the right access and priveledges to those systems.

exactly bro...well...blocked din friendster didto sa amin pero i managed to access it..heheehe...use a 3rd party browser and configure it...para dili ma log ang temp internet files...para safe ka sa admin..them use a web based proxy server..try searching the internet about it...i wana share it pero much helpfull kung kamo ang magsearch so you can know about it much better...proxy servers are good in annoymous browsing...i use it all the time...admin safe..hehehe..
