Yeah, we know many of you find it far, but the compound is just along the road.
About 5 minutes’ walk from the town center, police station, barangay hall and plaza, and 1 ride away to Gaisano GRAND Mall (by tricycle), SM (by v-hire) or Gaisano MACTAN Mall, Savemore and MEPZ (by multicab).
Two rides from Tamiya.
Ideal for reviewers and people who prefer a peaceful and quiet place to work or study.
The pad comfortably houses 1 or 2 people. You can park as many vehicles as you want.
Photos of the Actual Unit and Vicinity:
Signage of the compound is visible from the MAIN road. From Rosekie Pharmacy, just walk straight past the barangay hall and look for the sign. You can also take one of the many trisikads that ply the road. Fare: P5. Take it from us. The place is very easy to find.
A view from within the compound to the black front gate. The actual area is even more spacious. You can give your pets legroom for play, and park as many vehicles as you like. Not in the photo: a basketball court exclusive for the residents' use.
Two markers (although you won't really need one) for the unit: a white picket fence in front and a wooden fence beside. The latter encloses a dirty kitchen and the laundry area, where the washing machine is.
There are, to date, only 3 or 4 families living inside the compound and a total of just 8 units. The pad for rent is the end-most unit of the right-hand row.
We haven't cleared all of the stuff yet - dish rack, plates and cups. The renter is free to choose which ones to use (except for the rice cooker - it's a sentimental keepsake and we're taking it with us).
This is the receiving area. The MD player is
not included.
Bookworms, you're going to love our collection. The hallway leads to the bedroom (left) and bathroom (straight). The pad used to be a studio-type unit. The division was added for privacy.

The bathroom and toilet in one. The pad has its own water meter (not just a sub-meter) and has no back payments with MCWD.
Included in the rental fee are the sofa bed and pillows. The sofa bed is convenient to fold in case you need some space in the room.
The air conditioner is functional and runs on 0.5 HP. No need to use it as the house is airy if you leave the windows open. Don't worry about the stuff on the end table. We'll be disposing of them soon.

The receiving area and the bathroom have jalousie windows. The ones in the bedroom are glass sliding windows which also double as your emergency exit. This room is cheery, as there's plenty of natural sunlight. We can remove the sun blind if you find it unsightly. We have a thing for native stuff.

You can store your clothes in the closet and cabinet. As with the receiving area, not all of our things have been vacated yet.
