    Of course, naa gyuy ubang citom enforcers nga magbinoag. I can testify to that. Nadakpan mi kuyog ako kauban sa colon. The officer told me nga dina lang nato irecord(di na lang mo issue ug receipts). ingon ko ha?Irecord lang bahalag mobayad mi ug 500 kay at least sure ko nga padong sa city government ang money.But just because there are crook citom officials, the enforcement have to stopped.

    Though if the P200-P1000 traffic violation fee will push through, I am afraid that these will be used for more corruption practices( I hope not). Before the city government implements the increase they should first have a thorough cleaning inside the Citom's management, fix the busted traffic lights and accentuate traffic signs.

    Traffic laws are there to protect the people. If you violate the rules and you were caught, expect a punishment. Just because you think you can get away with it doesn't mean you can do it. Always assume that there are traffic enforcers looking at you.

    If you think the traffic enforcer violated your rights, you may file a complaint and log it at their office.

    TS, I suggest that you and your friend start accepting responsibility for your actions. We all wouldn't be here if you just followed simple traffic rules.

    Maayo gani gimultahan lang mo. Unsaon na lang kaha kung naligsan mo diha kay nag-jaywalk mo?
