count 1 to 10 might not effective to u, try up to 100 maybe it will work... u just need to be open minded, listen first before u react (weigh things well) or do something nga u might regret afterwards especially when it comes to ur family... trust me, kay im also like that before but now im very thankful na overcome na nko... & dont forget always to be respectful anyway if they've done something whatever reaction ul release or show it wont change the reality na wala ka ng magawa tapos na eh...hehehe so, deal it nalang in a nice way as possible....
