    My experience:
    I got it installed July 14, 12mbps for 6k pesos/month.
I had it for 12 days, then cancelled it.
First day was ok, peak at 10mbps (but never close to 12).
Then, 24h no internet at all.
After that and many phone calls later, it was connected again.
Speed in the morning was about 10mbps, average 8mbps only.
Past noon, it dropped to 5mbps
Past late afternoon, it only got to 1-3mbps.
This happen every single day, except there was another 24h between without any connection.
Ftp server access seems to be a problem too (maybe the proxy they use? Yes, skycable use a proxy between, which is bad!)
Overall, it cost a huge amount of money, and is slow like hell in the evening.

I applied for it because I needed more bandwidth beside my 5mbps pldt dsl. But in fact, it made more headache than helped me.
I now intent to apply for 2 more 5mbps pldt dsl lines, so I end up with 3 5mbps lines, connected to my multi wan router and will have a stable connection for the same price.
