The change we need. Who should change? People or Government?

By moving what do you mean? What do you think can you do, as an ORDINARY CITIZEN of this country, for the betterment of the Philippines?

Abide the rules? Adhere to the laws?

As opposed to what? Breaking them? That's the reason why you're complaining in the first place!

Would the abiding make a difference and give the poor food to their table? NO! That's what I'm saying. The government should do its obligation to provide job opportunities! We pay the taxes, now the government should welcome foreign investors and please, the government should amend the constitution prohibiting these foreign investors full ownership of their business.

I think you need to learn more about how a nation works. And a person who throws 100% of the blame on the gov't is the reason why we are a mess. Wa man siguro ka nagdako sa squatter bro, but if you listen to squatters they have the same thinking like you do - blaming the gov't and everyone else in general. Compound that with blind faith taught by religious leaders who also preach that they are not to blame makes the situation even worse.

On topic: It's still the responsibility of the government to provide job opportunities for the poor. And TESDA should be improved coz not all people can afford to go training on that institution. Like what other countries do! They provide free livelihood training! Because the taxes are well utilized.

On a Philippine sense, the taxes are not utilized! They are being pocketed! That's why there is no progress!

Who would you blame in that sense? The people? C'mon!

A useless endeavor if the attendees are not mentally or emotionally prepared. Hence, once must have the positive attitude to enter into these things and not feel like pinugos sila. Again, ONE MUST CHANGE.

e.g. I've known someone who speaks like a DJ who came from some discreet public school while iya kauban mga yungit.

On the other hand, I've known people who came from International schools who can't even tell the difference between using "you're" and "your". Oh, and yungit pud.

no matter how we look at it, it's still you who voted for them and placed them at that position... if we have to play the blame game then we are also to be blamed at that, kita as a whole citizen... kai technically kita ang gasulat sa ila pangalan and our being proficient fortune tellers don't compensate for the voting..

now if we only have good people, then there will be less chances that bad people will be elected and govern.. if we have to look at our present norms susceptible kaayu atong batasan sa corruption.. dili na mawala hangtud sa dili nato tudluan ang atong mga kabatan-unan sa saktong pamalakad...
