The change we need. Who should change? People or Government?

You know what's wrong with our constitution? Is it's preamble. This will serve as an off topic post. The constitution of the US never mentions the word God.

Why can't we try to amend this preamble? Let's take it this way?

We, the sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of all the capabilities and potential of all Filipinos, while rejecting useless imaginary friends, in order to build a just and humane society and establish a Government that shall embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony, and secure to ourselves and our posterity the benefits of independence and democracy under the rule of law and morality and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace, do ordain and promulgate this Constitution.

The phrase, imploring the aid of Almighty God, is useless and pointless.

I hate to make serious arguments here in this thread because obviously the TS is not really serious. It appears to me that TS has different motive, he is just trying to tell something. He is just trying to make people here believed that he as florida and mark is not one and the same person. As evidence, mark posts a reply every now and then and the context and idea of his reply is no different from the thoughts of florida. I think he is just playing around here. Not really serious. See? he is now creating his own version of the preamble. LOL.

-the government will change if the people that governs the country will initiate.
-officials will make a move if we start initiating it within the family.
-from the family then to small groups or barangays then cities then so on.

For someone who takes pride in the accomplishment of other countries you seem to lack the the knowledge to realize how they did it.

It should start from the government! We are doing what we can in order for the progress of this country by paying taxes. But can't you see where the taxes are being redirected? To the crocs!

What else can we do? Run for public office? And do the same thing that other public officials were doing? Kung musimang ka, patay ka.

What can an ordinary person do but focus on his work coz if he won't, he will starve! In this country Philippines, we should focus on our job coz if not, you can't expect food in your table.
