Warranty card without proof of purchase?

Ask lang ko kay daghan mga namaligya ug item diri sa istorya (especially household appliances) naa daw warranty card ang item pero wala nay OR/proof of purchase. Magamit ba gihapon ang warranty card or is it considered useless without the OR/proof of purchase?

for me as retailer. The warranty card is useless if you dont have a proof of purchase. kay diha man magbase ang start sa warranty.

Example lang ha. Naa 3 yrs international warranty. How would the company cater to the warranty if you don't have a proof of purchase. Basin diay lapas na sa 3 yrs warranty.

naai uban products that accept warranty card only. That's the only proof they need that your product is one of theirs. However, some products who don't have an official store require you to return it to the store of purchase. This, sadly, requires a warranty from said stores. Again, depende pud sa store and product. I hear you can return an apple product to any OFFICIAL apple dealing store and they will honor it just as long valid imo serial number.

Naa cases ingon ana kung gi-fill up sa customer ang warranty card and gi counter sign sa store na iya gipurchase ang item. Like appliances. I asked purchase a TV before sa Gaisano. Gipa fill up ko sa warranty card pero ingon sad ang sales staff na you should also keep the receipt.

In the Philippines the are only 2 authorized wholesaler sa Apple Products. iStore and Microwarehouse (iFix). Even these 2 companies require proof of purchase for them to cater to the warranty.

Naa may End User Warranty and Dealers Warranty. End user warranty starts when the customer purchased the product. Dealers Warranty, starts when the Retailer bought the product from the Wholesaler. naa 3 years dealers warranty. Depende sa item. So pwede ra nimo ma stock for 2 years then maka hatag gihapon ka maka hatag og 1 year warranty sa buyer.


Correct me if I'm wrong but that's base on my own experience. Even in the U.S., when you buy a gadget like a PSP, naa kay option to buy the extended warranty. Pwede 1 or 2 years.

sa among company, we need the POP/Proof of Purchase before we can process repair or replacement.. ambot sa uban company

Sa negosyo, important gyud ang proof of purchase. bisan na og naay warranty sticker or warranty card kay sa receipt naa didto ang serial number and start sa warranty. (Ma tamper man gud ang warranty sticker or warranty card). Unlike sa original receipt kung naay erasures, i-counter sign gyud.

kay kung warranty card lang basihan, daghan negosyo sa retailing sa Pinas ma close. kay ma-alkansi.

if mag pa repair ko for example laptop. dli ko magdala ug OR or warranty card.

Sa ubang nasud, basta sealed with sticker pa sa company ang item. Hatagan ka dayon ug replacement.

Pero diri sa ato, mas maayo jud naay OR. Para dili mo dako ang istorya.
