dili pwede ug change of mind... even if naa factory defect i think replaceable gihapon same brand/model unless wala stock---not sure ani though...

@darkraven: Every consumers have rights to change item upon 7 days direct replacement and change item. I've done that in PCX! @TS: You ask for an upgrade and you will be adding extra amount depending to the item you want to change.

sakto jud na imo bossing kay tindahan pud ko.. okey ra kau na bossing rex ilis jud na daun kung upgrade lang basta wala lang physical damages sa monitor wala jud na problema. ang buut pasabot sa 1 month replacement daun kay kung maguba ang monitor ilisan daun na.. kung upgrade 1 week.

ay ni ingon diay to cla wlay direct replacement sa monitor. kung ma guba kay i.uli nla sa supplier.

if ma guba ang item within 1 month kay mo change ra cla dayon if lapas na huwat pa ka 1 month kay ila e uli sa supplier. karon pa pud ko kabalo anang 1 week direct replacemnt if mag change/upgrade sa item.

Mao sad na ako nahibalaan. Mo-ilis sila even if ang reason kay change of mind ra basta within 1 week unya complete pa ang packaging sa item (box, accessories ad etc.) ug recibo

This is one thing which makes PCX at the top of my list when it comes to computer shops.

They value their costumers and good after sales service.

what if na gisi na ang uban plastic, pariha sa case sa TS.
pwede ka mo demand as a customer, nga kuha lain item nga sealed. ^_^..
