PNY launches GTX 580 XLR8 OC in Europe by VR-Zone.com

PNY has launched its GTX 580 XLR8 OC in Europe at quite a hefty price.



The PNY GTX 580 XLR8 OC graphics card uses a reference cooler which takes up only two PCIe slots. The core frequency is overclocked to 805MHz while the memory frequency is overclocked to 4200MHz. Other features include 2 x DVI outputs, 1 x mini HDMI output, 512 CUDA cores, 1536MB of memory and three years warranty. The XLR8 OC graphics card is set to retail at Europe at a hefty price of S$849 (29,826.14 PHP).

Mas mahal man ang EU prices jud compared to US. Due to taxes and economy of scale (US is the largest consumer nation). If this is sold in the US, this will probably sell for around $500 or less. The non-referenced twin frozr III lightning I bought was sold in newegg for $530 and that was faster @ 832Mhz out of the box and I would imagine is much cooler and quieter because of non-ref design.
