hello ask lng unta ko,if hired na and undergo for training mao gd ni ang allowance?then pls q help og clarify ani since firts time mn nq mo apply sa call center and dont have any idea and i would like to apply sa biz tel...after ma hired mo undergo mn og training then naa possibilities nga if ma failed ka sa training kay out nka sa company?(dili pasabot nga abi hired naka then passing the requirements kay fully hired na gd?)then about sa mga allowances nga within 2week kay 1h kay if ma fail dli nka ka proceed for 3rd-4thweek?unsa ang training process sa biz tel?

for me lang ha, nahan ko sa training kay they will really help u to improve jud, your comm skills, confidence, and all... specially sa amung shift, mostly newbie...we help each other hand in hand..good for starters jud ni nga company..mo grow jud ta! so apply na moh! kay naa pay accounts nga mo open soon..among batch ron is WALLMART ang account, sa next batch AMERICAN AIRLINES daw mo...so, dghan ta opportunity dri sa BIZTEL. approachable and friendly pa jud ang nga TLs, Trainors, Sup, IT...

uhm regarding sa kanang mahagbong sa training, well kun dili ka deserving sa position, the company will drop you jud or reprofile you to other accounts
kadtong uban diha nga nag wait nalang sa call, follow up lang mo sa HR kay dghan pud baya nag-apply. do your part as well...okie?!

2 days ang off mga bro, just like other companies then we cater inbound calls. knahanglan pa jud kaayo cla og agents. and naa pud daw rumors na naa pud lain account na mosulod. bro this compoany is padung pa mo grow and we are lucky kay sa cebu sila nag una og office. so theres a bigger chances na mo grow ta,cge na grab the opportunities. last week na nga training namo then mo sunod na ang 2nd batch. Ang mantuyong ila application center but ang V rama kay ang training center og production site.

wat shift ka migo? uhm, ika 3rd week pa nato ron diba?
