Caught Members Violating Bump rule and 3 Post in Front Page rule

mga sir, my brother username DODIE Owner of COOL RIGZ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS has been pemanently ban from istorya for this violation more post in one page. without any warning he was banned automatically... nganu in ani man? ang gi butang sa status pag first --> ban will be lifted:is 10-8-2011 karon gi change to NEVER.. luuy kayo ako kuya ug ngano in.ana man mo oi..

well im sure nkadawat to siya ug infraction(s) before siya na ban. or iya ra gi ignore ang message and delete it without reading its content. basta successive iyang infraction ban na gyud na padong. much better if ang moderator gyud ang mo tubag ani para mailhan gyud kung unsay mga panghitabo.

additional info. last time i checked he posted 5 threads in 1st page. mao cguro to iyang last warning.

Did a search member list , can't find just "Dodie" username , anyway send me a link sa mga post niya , normally there are notes I can see , plus its impossible wala siya ka dawat ug notice because everytime an action is given it auto generates a PM and one creates a reason for action - the system will not move to ban if there is no reason... so one always knows why you are bannned.

I looked at infractions tab for that user , and this is what i've found.

Again if a person is banned or given an infraction an automatic pm is sent , anyway here are the reasons.

As you can see pwerteng daghana ug violation, you can inform user to either check his PM , check his infractions tab.

Hope that helped - again we do not ban users for no reason that list was too much na gyud , and we need to give others a chance to promote their item sad.

gi pang monitor na tanan mam. so sa imong tan.aw e tolerate na lang na sa moderators nga gi bump tanan threads kay tingkatulog na. thats not the reason mam. as long as ni follow lang siya sa 12 hour bump rule ug 3 threads in 1st page. wala gyud nay problema. dili pod ka maka boot because anytime na sila mo hatag ug penalty. samot na kay si sir Beor man d i ang ni hatag ug infraction. better PM na lang siya kaysa ari nimo e shout-out.

Well here's a simple explanation , the issue here is not the time but failure to follow rules. Prior to a user becoming a member of istorya.net , you have the "I accept" button which addresses that a user has read Rules and Regulations, thats the first step. 2nd step is once a user has read and understood the rules he or she has to abide by them no matter which time of day. Now, I believe no one meant to change the ban type , tungod lang ni sa kadaghan na violation , I mean lets be honest here , it is also a users responsibility to watch his action naman di ba? Plus kaning mga violation rules are just on top of the forum category, it is very easy to see again, if one does not follow the rules everyone in istorya goes through the same steps.

Unfortunately , it is really up to users if they read rules , follow it , and hopefully watch what you sell kung dili mo violate.

I too sell here sa istorya , and believe me as a seller I really watch not to violate kay inspight of me being a mod , i too go through the same rules.
