If a potential buyer inquires something on my thread and I gave it a reply and he asks another thing and I replied less than 12hrs after, why is that considered excessive bumping ?

That was a misclick on my part that should have been an edit, but your reply tells me your the one who reported it.

But thats NOT my question, the moderator has informed me ANY form of reply even from inquires which is not 12hrs apart is also subjected to the 12hrs interval.. something like this

1:00PM buyer asks
1:05PM seller replies
1:10PM buyer asks another question
