Bay, I don't think, natagak ni cya.. Had also a similar problem, naa lang gyud ang uban factory defect. And that's one of common issues for lcd's kanang gitawag ug "dead pixel" phenomenon..

gkan nako sa globe aug 28 pa kutob ang warranty ang prob kay kinanglan ko ug authorization sa owner ani ug wala nakoy no niya nya naka limot ko kung kinsa to sya. dili sad hatag ang name niya sa globe kay confidential nya unreachable pa gyud iya no.

hopefully in the future we wont be needing receipts to claim the warranty for as long as the IMEI is registered to samsung and to when the unit was purchased. so when we encounter problems, we just go to a nearest samsung service center then check the IMEI#. wouldnt that be great?

bro..imu nani gisulayan ug software nga mu ayo ug dead/stuck pixels?? naa koy in ani nga issue sa una sa ako n97..na au gamit ato nga software..sadly nakalimut ko unsa nga software toh...ang function sa software is mo flash siya ug klase klase nga colors nga pwerteng pas pasa.....

sa globe bro maka claim raman ka w/o reciept basta ikaw orig owner. 2nd owner naman gud ko ani. kinanglan pako ug authorization sa orig owner.
