thanks for d info. someone told me to use a component video to make it look good. before i buy one, can anyone coonfirm about component cable for ps2 to play in HDTV? cause it cost around 750 peso and i dont want to waste my money.. any info would be much appreciated..

monster cable has component video for ps2 u need to use optical cable though for your audio preferrably you should have an AVR for your audio and if your using plasma tv use the component video. There is a huge difference if your using ordinary RCA cables for your video than using component video and i guess at least on my point of view i could call it night and day
