OT: I remembered we used to take 2 vagrants from the city before para sa DSWD

The other one though we have not had the success of convincing him to clean up and get dressed, bisag unsa lay sulti, way tumong. In the end, wa gyud namo ma convince ang isa, he's probably back in the streets. The other one has made progress though, somebody sent him to the mental hospital. Last time I heard he was back to society living with his relatives.

.. yes, since products from Britain are cheap. Britain meaning UK meaning UKay UKay, nevermind, corny joke. But seriously, UKay UKay can be found in almost every street in cebu, the clothes are damn cheap. It won't hurt the city budget that much.

Anti-Mendicancy Task Force, flatly denied they brought the mentally-ill vagrants that they rounded from the city and dump to the mountains...

The vagrants jumped out of an overheating bus... went to one of the city's mountain barangays to give two vagrants back to their families when the Kaohsiung bus they were using overheated and was forced to stop....
